We found Nicole very caring and committed to our dog’s welfare. She worked extremely hard with her and us through a difficult time. Always kept us informed and sent lots of photos and videos.

Nicole is amazing with my nervous dog, I felt so comfortable leaving him there for a few nights. He was looked after, happy exercised and socialised with dogs safely. I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough and will continue to use her services.

Nicole was great!! Soon had the dogs under control, sent lots of videos so I was updated on their progress which was reassuring I’m really really happy.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nichole and K-9 Balance Training & Behaviour - within a few minutes of meeting she had got the measure of our boisterous lab, Max, and had him walking to heal and eating out of her hand (literally) - amazing. Nichole certainly knows her stuff and understands how to get the best out of our K9 friends.

She has left us after a greatly extended hour booking feeling much more confident on how to control Max and make his training so much fun.

We will certainly continue to use her excellent services and have no hesitation in recommending her services to other dog owners. Great service and great value for money.

The results are outstanding, I rescued a 6 month GSD whom was very nervous around new people and would bark and some cases try to bite people if they came to close to her, after an hours Nicole showed me how to resolve this with small amounts of training everyday, a week later I'm able to have people walk past with no issues. I recommend her highly.

I was worried at first letting someone in to help but, I’m so glad I did. Lola instantly loved the treats available and quickly learnt she had to do what was asked in order to get a reward. Very friendly, very helpful and gave us lots of useful tips and showed us what we needed to do. Can’t wait to try them out and be in contact again soon to arrange another visit.
